What is the material used in name plates ?

The back plate is 11mm MDF while all name and feature cut outs are made of 3mm MDF
What sizes of name plate do you offer ?

Our circular name plates are 14in in diameter while our rectangular name plates are 14in x 8 in
Can these name plates be placed out doors ?

Since these are made of MDF, these name plates are suitable for indoor environments only
Do you store credit card information ?

We do not store your payment information. The payment is processed by our payment partner Razorpay and they store your information only if you agree to the same. For more details please check Privacy policy of Razorpay here
How long does it take to process refunds ?

It takes 5-7 days to process the refunds, in case you do not receive refunds within this duration, please write to us at hello@cheekychimpu.com . Please include your order ID in the communication
What are the accepted payment modes ?

You can pay using - UPI, Wallets, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Sezzle (buy now, pay later). Its completely safe, secured and you are not charged anything extra. We use RAZORPAY gateway which 1000’s of online merchants are using including big banks in India. So your payment is as secured as with any of the big banks. Can I return the product ?

Since each name plate is customized as per your name and flat number requirements, we will not be able to return it, however if you find any issue with the product we are happy to discuss remedial measures which works for you and us.
How long does it take to get refunds ?

It takes 5-7 days to process the refunds, in case you do not receive refunds within this duration, please write to us at hello@cheekychimpu.com . Please include your order ID in the communication
I have received a defective product, how do I return it ?

We take utmost care to check for quality of the products before shipping it, incase you find any problems with the product, please write to us at hello@cheekychimpu.com along with the order ID and we will issue the refund. For more details, please refer to our return policy
How long does it take for the product to arrive after placing my order ?

You should receive the product in 7-10 days. The exact date of delivery can be tracked by the tracking id provided by our delivery partner

Which all countries do you ship to ?

As of now, we ship only within India. We are working with our delivery partners to provide international shipping at the earliest. If you are ordering from outside India, do write us at hello@cheekychimpu.com before placing order and we can figure out the shipping option for you
